525 Table en Forme Libre by for .
The first table in this series was designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1938 for her studio in Montparnasse. Its rounded asymmetric form makes it ideally suited to smaller spaces and thanks to its lack of corners affords space for many people to sit together. The design is complemented by three support legs, one larger and oval-shaped, the other two cylindrical.
The model was identified by Cassina as the most suitable for modern living spaces and was re-issued in 2011.
